Medical Academy
Medical Academy: Your Path to a Health Science Career
The Medical Academy prepares students for success in the dynamic world of health sciences by focusing on hands-on, student-centered learning, a rigorous technology-driven curriculum, and critical thinking skills.
Each pathway provides real-world learning opportunities, such as job shadowing, interview prep, guest speakers, and internships—giving you a head start on a future in healthcare.
Space is limited, so students will need to apply to be a part of the Medical Academy. The application window is open from January 20th, 2025 to January 31st, 2025. Priority is given to students living within the Hanford West boundaries. If the academy receives more applicants from outside of Hanford West than there are seats available, a lottery will be conducted to determine who will be placed in the academy. Click here for the link to the application. For more information regarding incoming freshmen registration please visit this webpage.
